Mentalness

Hey guys, sorry there wasn't a blog post yesterday - I'm trying to do one everyday, but lets just say yesterday was a bit mental.

I shan't be going into why, but we'll just say, I didn't turn on my laptop last night.  I away this weekend too - but, I have blog posts written in advance, so I only need to publish them :)

I'll have my phone with me too, so I'll be getting any updates and able to respond too ;)

Also, I might, if you guys would like to see it?  Do a vlog post of the weekend?  I realise this is a beauty blog, so you might not want to see it - please speak up with a yay nor nay :)   I'll be taking lots of pics on instagram anyway, so you'll see them on the feed on the left :D

I'll do a proper blog post tonight for you before I leave, but have a lovely weekend all!

Broken Eyeshadow and Awesomeness!

Just a quick update on the Giveaway.

First off, amazing!!!! I honestly can't believe how much of a success it's been so far, I'll definitely be doing another one again soon ;)  So make sure you keep checking.

I've just ordered the replacement for the MUA Matte eyeshadow that broke, No.19 (if you've seen the video, you'll know it fell out of the bag and broke), and I've ordered a little something extra to add to the giveaway too :D

Any guesses what it is?

Project 10 Pan - UPDATE

Hey everyone, hope you're having a great Sunday :)

I wanted to give you a quick update on my P-10-P as a couple of items have already run out, I know, crazy!

So the first item that ran out is my Urban Decay Skyscraper Mascara.
This I knew probably didn't have much left, I just didn't realise how little.  There's still a bit of product in there, but it's so dry you can't really get anything out of it.  So, that's that one done :)

Second item that's now done is the Chanel liquid eye liner.  Now I had no idea how much was left with this one, and now I'm really glad I had a spare :)

So that's those two done, yay!  I'm also going to swap an item out.

I'm swapping out my Chanel blusher - I really shouldn't have ever put this one in, I haven't hit pan on it yet, which I should have for it to be included in this really :)  So I've swapped that out, and I'm adding in another mascara!  At the moment I've just got my Maybelline The Falsies Flared in it, now I'm adding in it's sister, Maybelline The Falsies.  This I've had for a while and I'm sure won't take much using up :)

Quick Update on some of the others

Estee Lauder Double Wear - I'm finding it really hard to get through this, there's about half left, but it's making me breakout :(  And requires quite a lot of maintenance as it cracks/moves etc, I'll be glad when this is gone!  The Chanel face powder I'm using every day, although I think it's a shade darker than I actually am at the mo, so it's hard to use, but I'm using it every day :)  I think the Green Urban Decay eye shadow is going to take a while to use up, I think I'm just going to have to live in that colour for a while :)

Updates

Hey everyone,

Sorry for being so slow with my blog posts at the moment, its all because of hubby's computer going poof!  He should have a new power supply unit in a few days (after the weekend), and I should be able to get on top of my posts again :)  So, thank you so much for your patience I really appreciate it :)

And as a thank you for all being so lovely, I'm going to tell you 1 thing that's in the makeup giveaway I'm going to be doing, it's a Fashionista eye shadow in the stunning colour (I seriously want to keep this myself!) Bewitched (shade 6) - basically, swirly purple :)

There are 10 other items, which include the makeup bag I've put them in for you :)

So, soon as we get to 50 subscribers, I'll launch the giveaway.  So, if you have a friend who likes to read beauty blogs, maybe give them a little nudge in my direction ;)

Giveaway Update

Quick update :)

Hey everyone, just a quick update for you.

So sorry I haven't done a blog post in over a week - I've been ill with headaches for the last couple of weeks, I've been back and forth to the Drs so I'm taking care of it - but I've just not felt up to updating my blog - but thanks for being patient :)

Giveaway!

That aside, I just wanted to remind you that I'm doing a giveaway for when I hit 50 subscribers, it's open to everyone in the world so get sharing :) It'll be a selection of British makeup, so stuff from MUA, Sleek and perhaps GOSH or Fashionista :) Once I hit 50 subscribers I'll post a question on my blog which you'll need to reply to - I'll then pick a winner at random :)

Just to give you a heads up of what you can expect from this blog in the next few weeks is going to be more in-depth reviews of some of my recent purchases, as well as doing more tutorials. I tend to make my tutorials on YouTube, but I want to do more for my blog, so I'll be posting more of them here soon too :)

No-Buy

Ok - so as you may or may not know, I went on a no-buy for February which, I did stick to :) I'm now on a no-buy for April too - it's a busy and expensive month for me as it's my Birthday and we're going away to Ireland to visit family, but I already have a small list of a couple of things I want to get in May :) Once I've bought those things (I'll literally be a replacement liquid eyeliner, a sleek blush pallet, a sleek contour pallet, and a maybelline colour tattoo), I'll then be doing Project 10 Pan which I'll be blogging about too :) So, while on project 10 pan, I shant be purchasing anymore makeup too (unless of course it's something I don't have a replacement for, like liquid eyeliner, mascara etc).

Questions / Ideas

Now, it's all well and good me saying what I want to do on the blog for the next few weeks etc, but what would you like to see? Would you like to see more tutorials? or more in-depth reviews? perhaps some more personal stuff like 'get to know me' questions etc? Please reply in a comment below to let me know what you'd like to see and I promise I'll try my best to honour your requests :)

Anyway, just wanted to give you a bit of an update. I'm hoping to have another blog update next weekend, so you've got this week to let me know what it is you'd like to see :)
